Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Broadband Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Broadband Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients from the comfort of your home office. Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls and emails from customers regarding broadband services, billing inquiries, technical support, and other related issues.

Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, technical support, and billing to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Knowledge of broadband internet services and telecommunications industry is a plus.
